2. Caroline will reply with confirmation of the tour and its price and details of how to pay. On receipt of your payment (either by cheque, paypal or bank transfer), we will send a gift package (complete with certificate, details of the tour and your gift message) that allows your recipient/s to book their tour or experience dates at their convenience.

The Standard Booking Process: we keep it simple

2. If the dates are suitable your next step is to confirm the booking of your tour (which we will hold for 3 days awaiting response from you) by paying a deposit of €40 per person for the workshops and day tours and €100 per person for the multi day tours.

3. Eight weeks before the multi-day tours are due to start we request that payment for the full amount outstanding. We will send you guidelines to help you with what to pack (important for the walking tours). For the experiencial workshops and one day tours the balance for the tour can be paid on arrival.

Notice: We are not a tour operator that buys these services from someone else. We deliver the wine education, translation, wine-tasting, picnics/lunches and some accommodation ourselves. Where we are not providing the services ourselves we can recommend options e.g. for accommodation and estimate general costs for you based on publicly available information. You need to book and pay for these direct to the providers themselves. We are not a travel agent therefore we cannot take money for other providers or book your transport on your behalf.
